Oat & raisin rock cakes / ‘Galetes’ de cibada i panses (tipus carquinyoli)
Recipe from the Marcobiotic Association of Great Britain.
Preperation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
For the topping: raspberries, blueberries, apple juice (1 cup), agar flakes (1 des
1 cup of Oatmeal (finely ground oat flakes)
1/2 cup of chestnut puree
1/2 cup of raisins (soaked)
a pinch of salt
rice syrup (optional)
a squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
For the topping: raspberries, blueberries, apple juice (1 cup), agar flakes
Turn oven on at 180 degrees. Mix together the oatmeal, raisins & chestnut puree. Add some rice syrup if you would like them to be more sweet.
Then use some of the soaking water from the raisins and mix together to form a sticky dough.
